The Spectrum Stories specializes in made-to-order print products designed specifically for your needs. Since every product is customized and printed exclusively for you, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


General Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for orders that have been completed, as each item is uniquely produced based on your specifications. Before placing your order, please take time to carefully review your selections and design preferences to ensure complete satisfaction.

Returns and refunds are only considered in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Order cancellation prior to production commencement

  • Duplicate or multiple charge errors

  • Delivery failures due to courier or logistics issues

  • Quality defects that cannot be remedied through replacement

All such cases are carefully reviewed and individually approved by our customer care team on a case-by-case basis.


Quality Assurance – Replacement for Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. Replacements are provided at no cost when the received item is:

  • Visibly damaged or compromised

  • Printed with errors or inaccuracies

  • Contains significant manufacturing flaws

How to Request a Replacement:

To qualify for a replacement, the following steps must be followed:

  • Record an unboxing video starting from the moment you open the package (this is mandatory)

  • Submit your video within 24 hours of delivery to ensure timely processing

  • Email the video along with order details to thespectrumstories@gmail.com

Once our team verifies the issue, we will reprint and send the replacement item at no additional charge.


Important Notice for Delivery

If your package arrives with visible external damage, please decline or refuse acceptance of the shipment at the time of delivery. Should you accept a damaged package, a clear unboxing video becomes mandatory for any subsequent claims.
